6 Foot Stainless Steel Whip

For the HS-1800/Pro

and Sidekick Antennas

This is our standard stainless steel whip that we have manufactured since 1993.  The rod is stainless steel and the ferrule is plated brass.  The HS-110A can be used with the HS-1800/Pro and the Sidekick Antennas.   When used with the Sidekick, efficiency on the lower frequencies is improved.

The current production whip is actually a little less than 6 feet.  The rod diameter tapers from about .200 to .100 inch.
