Porcupine Scanner Antenna

Can be used to transmit

on VHF/UHF

This can be used as a scanner antenna or as a VHF/UHF antenna.  The Porcupine has a good SWR in the 144MHz range (2 meters), 220MHz range (1 1/4 meters) and 440MHz range (70cm).  It attaches to a 1 3/8 inch standard TV mast (not included).  It has a standard SO-239 coax connector for direct connection to your coax cable.  The rods are made from solid stainless steel.  The hub is plated brass. There are similar antennas being manufactured but they don't have the quality of our High Sierra Porcupine Antenna.  And besides, this is a really cool looking antenna!
