We are located in Northern California in the High Sierra; hence the name.  We have been in business since 1993.

Contact Us:  If you need to contact us please use the form on our website. Emails to other addresses will likely go unanswered.  Use the 'contact us' form.  Emails are answered several times each day by our staff. 

Minimum Orders:  There is no minimum order.

Shipping:  We ship via USPS and UPS.  Once you fill the shopping cart, the website asks the USPS and UPS for quotes.  We prefer to ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

Return Policy:  All returns require an RMA.  The RMA can be obtained from us via the 'contract us.'  You may or may not be charged for returning an item.  We do not sell used items. 

Checks:  We do not accept checks.  We have been burned a few times for several hundred dollars. 

Credit Cards:  When you make a purchase, your charge card will only be charged when the item(s) purchased has been boxed (may be more than one box).  Your credit card information is secured through encryption on another site that is only accessible by two employees of Heath Tech Inc.  We share your concern about credit card security.
