Office Hours:  We are generally open from 8AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday.  We are located in Northern California in the High Sierra; hence the name. You may be in a different time zone.  Keep that in mind before you post a message that we did not answer the phone when you called. In addition, there are times when the volume of orders is such that all hands are shipping orders and not answering phone calls.  We apologize in advance for that.  Also, sometimes very large trucks arrive with hundreds of items that must be unloaded immediately from pallets.  During that time, the phones will not be answered.  Truckers don't wait.  If you need to contact us please use the form on our website. Emails to other addresses will likely go unanswered.  Use the 'contact us' form. 

Minimum Orders:  There is no minimum order.

Shipping:  We ship via UPS.  Our website queries UPS for shipping charges.  We have no control over what UPS charges.  At this time, UPS is changing shipping charges several times a week because of changing gas prices. 

Return Policy:  All returns require an RMA.  The RMA can be obtained from us via the 'contract us.'  You may or may be charged for returning an item.  We do not sell used items. 

Checks:  We prefer not to accept checks.  We have been burned a few times for several hundred dollars. 

Credit Cards:  When you make a purchase, your charge card will only be charged when the item(s) purchased has been boxed (may be more than one box).  Your credit card information is secured through encryption on another site that is only accessible by two employees of Heath Tech Inc.  We share your concern about credit card security.
