The Digital Display is Backlit

and is also a Clock!

This is the latest version of our Emergency Radio.  This version has a digital readout with a backlit display.  That makes it easier to see in the dark.  There's even a built-in digital alarm clock. It has a crank handle on the back connected to a small generator to recharge the internal NI-MH batteries.   Those batteries can also be charged by a solar panel on the back of the radio.  We've included an AC adapter so it can be plugged into a 110 volt outlet.  Or, you can install 3 AA batteries.  There is also a little LED Flashlight in the side.

AM 525 to 1710KHz
FM  88 to 108 MHz 
Shortwave (1) 4.90 - 9.00 MHz 
Shortwave (2) 9.00 - 13.50MHz
Shortwave (3) 13.50 - 17.50MHz
Shortwave (4) 17.50 - 22.00 MHz 

This emergency radio has great sensitivity.  It is the perfect radio to have at home or take along when responding to an emergency.  Our new digital display radio is approximately 6 by 5 by 2 inches.
