DC Power Cable for Most HF Rigs

This is the Standard Cable to

Power Most HF Transceivers

This is the standard cable that is used on many, if not most, Icom, Yaesu and Kenwood transceiver.  We used it with the Yaesu FT-895, FT-857, Icom 706, Alinco DX70.  There are two 30 amp inline fuses. The wire is #10 and 8 feet long.   We have installed the plug.  This cable assembly is ready to go. 

Taking a picture of a nylon plug is almost impossible.  We know that some are going to call and say they can't see the plug.  One of the guys that works here is pretty smart.  He was able to take a picture of the plug and modify it in Photoshop so that it sort of colorized.  You can click on the thumbnail picture and then get an enlarged, pinkish picture of the plug.  Please don't call and ask why it is pink....it just is for the picture. 

As you know, the price of copper has increased about 300% over the last year.  And, it looks like the increases are not going to stop.  So, the price of the power cable is probably going to increase.
