That's right, this is the perfect emergency portable radio that does it all!  It has a crank handle on the back connected to a small generator to recharge the batteries, it also has a solar panel to charge the batteries or it can be plugged into a 110 volt outlet.

• Weather Band 162.40 to 162.55 Mhz

• Shortwave 4 to 26Mhz

High Sierra's Emergency Radio has great sensitivity.  It is the perfect radio to have at home or take along when responding to an emergency.  The hand crank generatior charges high quality internal NI-MH batteries.  The solar panel on the back of the radio also charges the NI-MH batteries.  The radio is approximately 6 by 5 by 2 inches.  We include the AC adapter and an earphone.
