Please do not mail any merchandise to that address. Packages mailed to the post office box will be returned to the sender unopened.

To return merchandise for any reason, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued. There are no exceptions. You must use the 'contact us' form to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization. Items that are approved for return must be shipped (not mailed) to a different address. In addition, an email will be sent to you with very specific instructions on how to package the item. You must follow those instructions. We've been in business since 1993 and manufactured more than 20,000 motorized antennas and thousands of other products. We've learned the hard way that the procedure for returned merchandise must be followed.

We do not allow visitors to our office or manufacturing facility which are in different locations. We do not have the time, manpower, insurance or zoning for visitors and tours. And, much of what we do is proprietary. Many of the antennas that we have pioneered over the 15 years have been copied by others. As a result, we do not to allow visitors.
