Okay, this adapter may be a little confusing.  So, the picture above really tells the story.  One side is a female N type connector and the other side is a PL-259 Male UHF connector.  These are die cast and nickel plated.  These are good quality adapters and are not made in China.  This is a very complicated adapter to make.
