High Sierra's new Sheriff's Lightning Arrestor is now available for sale.  There is a replaceable gas cartridge.  There are the standard coax connectors.  One side is male and the other side is female.  You will appreciate the high quality machining and plating.  Let the Sheriff arrest the lightning.   

We've made a few changes to the Sheriff in recent weeks.  With those changes in place, the Sheriff was tested with 2200 watts key down through a Bird Wattmeter to a Bird Dummy Load.  The amplifier has a pair of 8877's.  So, it is capable of running more than 4KW.  The Sheriff is therefore capable of handling the legal limit of 1500 watts with ease.  We measured no loss through the Sheriff.
