AOL and MSN disable cookies by default. It is a problem that AOL and MSN have created for its users.  We strongly recommend that you simply use Internet Explorer. 

For you to be able to purchase using AOL or MSN, please try the following instructions:

• From the AOL or MSN Toolbar, select Settings.
  
• Select Internet [Web] Options
  
• Select Use your Internet Explorer Settings to set advanced browser options.
  
• Select the Privacy tab
  
• Select Advanced
  
• Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
  
• Click OK to exit

That may fix it! 

The best way to order is to simply use Internet Explorer and avoid the problems caused by AOL and MSN.
